Join our dynamic remote team as a Google Business Profile Support Specialist! In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for businesses seeking assistance with their Google Business Profile listings. You will provide expert guidance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while being an integral part of a global team dedicated to excellence in customer service and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to businesses regarding their Google Business Profile accounts via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to profile verification, editing, optimization, and content management.
  • Educate users on Google Business Profile features and best practices to enhance their online presence.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
