Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer support and eager to work with a world-renowned brand? Concentrix is seeking an enthusiastic Online Service Associate with a focus on supporting the Netflix brand. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Netflix customers, providing expert assistance with account inquiries, technical troubleshooting, billing questions, and general support via various online channels (chat, email, social media). You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for Netflix users, embodying the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support for Netflix users across multiple online channels (chat, email, social media).
  • Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, subscription changes, and technical troubleshooting (e.g., streaming issues, device compatibility).
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, demonstrating empathy and a deep understanding of Netflix services.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Netflix products, services, policies, and technological updates.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system.
