Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support to users experiencing issues or having queries related to Google services, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Google Ads, and general search queries.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clear and easy-to-understand instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using internal CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google product updates, features, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and customer confidentiality.
