Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents/patients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and feeding.
- Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents/patients.
- Engage residents/patients in meaningful activities and conversations.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and Bupa policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents/patients, their families, and colleagues.

- Reliable, punctual, and highly organised.
- Empathetic and patient approach.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care setting (volunteer or professional) is a bonus but not essential.
- First Aid certification.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
