Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented High-Value Client Teller to join our exclusive Luxury Banking Lounge in Layton, UT. This pivotal role involves providing a superior banking experience to our most valued clients, handling complex transactions, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable customer service skills, a strong understanding of banking operations, and a commitment to discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Process a wide range of financial transactions for high-net-worth clients, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and foreign currency exchanges, with the utmost accuracy and efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with high-value clients, understanding their individual banking needs and preferences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to offer relevant banking products and services, coordinating with wealth advisors and other specialists as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, compliance procedures, and internal policies, particularly concerning anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
- Provide personalized, discreet, and exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Wells Fargo's financial products, services, and digital banking solutions.
- Contribute to the luxurious and welcoming atmosphere of the banking lounge.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services role, preferably with client-facing responsibilities.
- Proven ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
