Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying living areas and laundry.
- Run errands, including grocery shopping and prescription pickups.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Document services provided accurately and timely.
