Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Interior Specialist to join our automotive team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about luxury vehicles and eager to learn the art of fine interior detailing. You will be responsible for ensuring the interiors of our new and pre-owned Lexus vehicles meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets and upholstery, and cleaning all surfaces.
- Detail and condition leather, vinyl, plastic, and trim components.
- Clean and polish interior glass, mirrors, and displays.
- Remove stains, odors, and debris from vehicle cabins.
- Utilize specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections and ensure all interior detailing work is completed to Lexus standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
