Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our Corporate Finance and Strategy team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across various corporate functions. You will work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive efficiency and growth within Netflix’s dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in data collection, validation, and analysis from various internal and external sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to corporate operations.
  • Support senior analysts in identifying business trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing) to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare clear and concise presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic projects and initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
  • Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of corporate finance principles or media industry dynamics.
