Job Description
Join TELUS International as a Junior Data Labeler and contribute to the advancement of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for accurately labeling and annotating various types of data, including images, text, audio, and video, according to specific guidelines. This is a crucial position that directly impacts the quality and performance of AI models. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and ready to start immediately. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label and annotate data (images, text, audio, video) based on project guidelines.
- Perform quality checks on labeled data to ensure consistency and adherence to instructions.
- Identify and report any ambiguities or inconsistencies in data labeling guidelines.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with team members and project leads to ensure project success.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on tools and processes.
Required Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools.
