Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to work outdoors, get hands-on experience, and join a supportive team? We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Landscape Labourers to join our team in Burnley. No prior experience is required – we provide full training! This is a fantastic chance for immediate starts, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and contributing to the upkeep of green spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, and pruning.
- Undertake planting, weeding, and watering of flowerbeds and shrubberies.
- Assist with site clearance, litter picking, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Operate various landscaping machinery and tools safely after training.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete daily tasks and projects.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding outdoor tasks in all weather conditions.
- A strong work ethic and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- No prior experience in landscaping is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
