Job Description
Blacklane is seeking dedicated and professional Limo Drivers to join our esteemed team in Minneapolis. As a Blacklane chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and timely transportation services to our discerning clientele. We offer a guaranteed minimum weekly income of $1,500, ensuring stability and a rewarding career for our top-tier professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations using company-provided luxury vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and well-maintained vehicle at all times, performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and local regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring client comfort.
- Navigate routes efficiently using advanced GPS systems and comprehensive local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the Blacklane brand with distinction.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with dispatch, operations team, and clients.
- Handle client inquiries and special requests with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure timely arrivals and departures, managing schedules effectively.
- Complete necessary paperwork and trip logs accurately and promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid Class D (or equivalent) driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions or accidents).
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a professional driver (e.g., limousine, taxi, rideshare, delivery, commercial driving).
- Excellent knowledge of Minneapolis and surrounding areas, including major routes, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
- Strong navigational skills, proficient in using GPS technology and traditional maps.
- Impeccable customer service skills with a client-first approach.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting a high standard of service.
- Punctuality, reliability, and strong time management abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine or executive chauffeur with a high-end service.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operation, maintenance checks, and minor troubleshooting.
- Multilingual abilities are considered a significant advantage.
- Advanced defensive driving certification or equivalent specialized training.
