Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming environment.
- Guide customers through the eyewear selection process, offering style advice and product knowledge.
- Explain various lens options, coatings, and additional products clearly and concisely.
- Accurately book and manage customer appointments for eye tests and fittings.
- Process customer orders, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with basic repairs and adjustments of spectacles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store, ensuring an inviting retail space.
- Learn and adhere to all optical standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with optometrists, dispensers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuously develop your optical knowledge and customer service skills through ongoing training.
