As a Luxury Vehicle Operator, you will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and timely transportation services to our high-profile clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a range of luxury vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client comfort, satisfaction, and privacy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned vehicles, inside and out.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic, weather, and client preferences to ensure timely arrivals.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous support as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality agreements and client privacy protocols.
- Complete necessary paperwork, logs, and reports accurately and promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience (e.g., delivery, ride-share, taxi, or similar).
- Excellent knowledge of Murrieta and surrounding Southern California areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
- Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information and client interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating luxury vehicles.
- Previous experience as a chauffeur or private driver.
- Customer service experience in a high-end or hospitality environment.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
- Familiarity with in-car technology and navigation systems.
