Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Relations Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis.   • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all member interactions and resolutions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
