Join the Target team as a Toy Warehouse Sorter in Grand Forks! Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort and categorize incoming toy shipments based on product type, size, and destination.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and effectively after training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Identify and report any damaged or defective products to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily sorting targets and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Follow precise instructions for product placement and labeling.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or scanning technology.
