Job Description

This is a 100% remote opportunity where you will be the front-line ambassador for the Netflix brand, ensuring our users have a seamless and enjoyable streaming experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide comprehensive support to a diverse global customer base, all from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming, account access, billing, and device compatibility.
  • Educate customers on Netflix features, services, and subscription options.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-contact resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with Netflix product updates, service changes, and policy modifications.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and general computer systems.
