Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during night hours.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest enquiries and requests.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures as required.
- Conduct regular security checks and patrols of the premises.
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may occur during the night shift.
- Prepare and serve continental breakfast items or manage late-night bar service, if applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas.
- Complete end-of-day financial reconciliation and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with the morning team for a smooth handover.
