Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Online Booking Agent to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing all online spa booking inquiries, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your communication skills and attention to detail to support the smooth operation of our spa services. You will be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, providing information, making reservations, and ensuring their booking journey is efficient and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all online spa booking inquiries via email, chat, and our booking platform.
  • Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive information about spa treatments, packages, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries related to our spa services and facilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all spa offerings, pricing, and availability.
  • Liaise with spa managers and therapists to ensure booking schedules are optimized and conflicts are resolved.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and a high level of customer service.
  • Utilize our booking system effectively to track and manage all reservations.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive remote team environment.
