Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Online Project Coordinator to champion our initiatives for 18-year-old teens with a keen interest in business. This 100% remote role involves overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of online business-focused projects and programs designed to equip young adults with entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and career readiness. You will be instrumental in fostering a supportive and engaging virtual learning environment, ensuring participants receive high-quality, impactful educational experiences that prepare them for future success in the business world.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of online business-focused projects and programs for 18-year-old teens.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met efficiently.
- Facilitate virtual workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions, engaging participants actively.
- Recruit, train, and support volunteer mentors and business professionals involved in the programs.
- Monitor participant progress, provide guidance, and offer constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and curate relevant educational content and resources.
- Manage virtual communication platforms and ensure timely dissemination of information to participants and stakeholders.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data collection, surveys, and feedback analysis.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the online learning experience and program outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of participant enrollment, attendance, and achievement.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote environment.
- Passion for youth development and business education.
- Familiarity with K-12 educational systems or youth program delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience coordinating online educational programs or youth development initiatives.
- Experience working with a non-profit organization.
- Understanding of entrepreneurship principles and financial literacy concepts.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., CAPM) are a plus.
