Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Online Search Result Analyst to join our dynamic team in London. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of search engine results based on established guidelines and criteria.
  • Identify and categorize various types of search queries and user intent.
  • Analyze data to detect trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in search quality.
  • Provide detailed, constructive feedback on search relevance, accuracy, and comprehensiveness.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate insights into algorithm enhancements.
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine technologies, web trends, and user behavior patterns.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and ongoing training to maintain high-quality evaluation standards.
  • Contribute to the refinement of evaluation guidelines and best practices.
