Job Description
We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Part-Time Shop Assistant to join our boutique team in Woking. This role is perfect for someone with a natural flair for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for unique lifestyle products. As a Shop Assistant, you will be the face of Oliver Bonas, assisting customers, maintaining an inviting store environment, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. A neat appearance and a friendly demeanor are essential for this customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain excellent store presentation, including visual merchandising, tidiness, and cleanliness.
- Receive, unpack, and replenish stock, ensuring products are displayed attractively and correctly priced.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
