Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Orchard Direct Harvesters. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for consistent work outdoors, with the promise of a reliable weekly income and a supportive team environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality fruit is harvested efficiently, contributing directly to our mission of delivering premium produce to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick and harvest a variety of soft fruits according to quality standards.
- Inspect fruit for ripeness, damage, and pests, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working in the orchard.
- Pack harvested fruit into appropriate containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent bruising.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area within the orchard.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
