Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Orchard Direct Harvesters. Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully pick and harvest a variety of soft fruits according to quality standards.
  • Inspect fruit for ripeness, damage, and pests, reporting any issues to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working in the orchard.
  • Pack harvested fruit into appropriate containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent bruising.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area within the orchard.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders and other harvesters.
  • Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations.
