Job Description
As a Part-time Weekend Retail Staff member at Target, you will be a vital part of our store team, ensuring our guests have an outstanding shopping experience during peak weekend hours. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment, assisting guests with their needs, and processing transactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist guests with product inquiries, locate items, and offer recommendations.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
- Replenish merchandise on shelves and racks, ensuring products are well-stocked and neatly displayed.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and uphold Target's brand standards.
Required Skills

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
