Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Party Bus Driver to join our dynamic team for night shifts. This is a critical role responsible for safely operating our luxury party buses, ensuring passenger comfort and enjoyment, and adhering to strict schedules. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CDL B license, an impeccable driving record, and a strong commitment to customer service and safety. You will be responsible for transporting groups to and from various destinations, primarily during evening and late-night hours, providing a fun and secure environment for all passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate party buses, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle interior and exterior.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and needs professionally.
- Adhere to planned routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Manage passenger behavior appropriately to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Handle all necessary paperwork and logs accurately.
- Work primarily night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Required Skills
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with Passenger endorsement
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to assist passengers and perform vehicle inspections
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles or party buses
- Familiarity with the greater Tampa Bay area routes and venues
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively
