PepsiCo is seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual for an Entry Level Career Path as a Pinterest Creative Producer. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for aesthetics, a foundational understanding of social media trends, particularly on Pinterest, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing environment. You will work closely with our experienced marketing and brand teams to conceptualize, develop, and optimize engaging visual content for our diverse portfolio of brands on the Pinterest platform, contributing directly to our digital presence and consumer engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the ideation and development of creative content strategies specifically tailored for Pinterest, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Produce and curate high-quality visual assets (images, videos, infographics) optimized for Pinterest's unique format and user experience.
- Collaborate with design, photography, and marketing teams to ensure content consistency and brand voice across all Pinterest campaigns.
- Research current Pinterest trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy.
- Support in scheduling, publishing, and monitoring Pinterest content performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Learn and apply analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics on Pinterest, contributing to reporting efforts.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets and content calendars.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for visual storytelling.
Required Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills, photography, video editing, or graphic design, even from academic or personal projects.
- Foundational understanding of visual composition, aesthetics, and digital design principles.
- Familiarity with Pinterest as a platform, including its features, trends, and user behavior.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and receive constructive feedback.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
