Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Public Service Bot Trainer to join our innovative team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the intelligence and effectiveness of AI-powered chatbots designed to serve public sector entities across the USA. Your primary focus will be on training, fine-tuning, and optimizing our conversational AI systems to accurately understand user queries, provide relevant information, and efficiently guide citizens through public services. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to modernizing government interactions through cutting-edge technology, working from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and fine-tune AI chatbots by providing diverse training data, intent examples, and entity definitions relevant to public services.
- Analyze chatbot conversation logs and user feedback to identify areas for improvement in bot understanding and response accuracy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases and dialogue flows for various public sector domains.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate information and ensure bot responses comply with relevant regulations and policies.
- Conduct regular testing and quality assurance on bot performance, ensuring a seamless and helpful user experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI training methodologies and tools.
- Monitor bot performance metrics and report on key insights and recommendations.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (US English).
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for content management and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson Assistant, or similar.
- Background in linguistics, communications, public administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in data annotation, content creation, or technical writing.
- Understanding of public sector operations and government service delivery.
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
