Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle email correspondence, drafting responses, and organizing inboxes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents using various software.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for client projects.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and file management.
- Assist with social media scheduling and content organization.
- Support clients with project management and task coordination.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in French (asset for local Quebec clients).
