Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Retail Store Office Aide to join our Stamford team. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth administrative operations of our bustling retail store. The Office Aide will provide essential support to the store management and staff, ensuring that all office-related tasks are handled efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with inventory management documentation and data entry.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as directed by store management.
  • Coordinate office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
