Job Description
Join TELUS International as a Search Evaluation Aide and contribute to improving global online search experiences. This 100% remote position offers flexible hours and weekly direct deposit. You will evaluate search results, ads, and online content, providing critical feedback to enhance the accuracy and relevance of leading online platforms. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of U.S. cultural nuances to ensure high-quality data contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate search engine results pages (SERPs) according to specific guidelines and criteria.
- Assess the relevance, accuracy, and usefulness of various search queries and web content.
- Provide objective and consistent feedback on the quality and appropriateness of online advertisements.
- Analyze and identify trends in search engine performance and user intent.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and adherence to complex instructions.
- Manage independent workload efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets.
