Job Description
Are you an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences? We’re looking for dedicated Theme Park Ride Attendants to join our vibrant team in Dundee. In this high-volume, fast-paced environment, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. If you thrive in a fun, dynamic setting and love putting smiles on faces, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate rides safely and efficiently, following all operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure guests meet all height and safety requirements before boarding attractions.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to guests, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Monitor ride performance and guest behavior, responding promptly to any issues or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of ride areas and surrounding facilities.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general park information.
- Conduct pre-opening and post-closing checks of ride equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
- Must be at least 18 years old due to ride operation regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or entertainment role.
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A genuine passion for theme parks and creating fun experiences.
