Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ticket Scanners to join our dynamic team at FedExForum. This vital role ensures smooth and efficient entry for guests attending various events, from thrilling sports games to captivating cinema showings. You will be the first point of contact for many of our visitors, making a positive impression and ensuring a seamless experience. If you possess excellent customer service skills, a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. This position requires a high level of efficiency to maintain a high ‘Click-Through Rate’ (CTR) for entry, minimizing queues and maximizing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently scan and validate tickets (both digital and physical) for all assigned events, ensuring a high CTR.
- Provide friendly and professional guest service, assisting attendees with entry questions and directions.
- Verify the authenticity of tickets and identify any discrepancies or fraudulent attempts.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Direct guests to appropriate entry points, seating sections, or customer service areas.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, especially during peak entry times.
- Adhere to all venue policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with security and other event staff to ensure a secure and orderly environment.
