Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Travel Itinerary Processor with a strong focus on online booking systems to join our remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing travel itineraries generated through our various online platforms. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify travel itineraries generated via Expedia Group's online booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Review booking details, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, for discrepancies or errors.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and, occasionally, external partners to resolve booking issues or clarify details.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various online booking tools, travel policies, and industry best practices.
  • Input and update traveler information and booking changes into designated systems with precision.
  • Identify and report system errors or potential improvements to the online booking process.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and quality standards for all processed itineraries.
  • Handle confidential customer and booking information with the utmost discretion.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar detail-oriented role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with online booking engines and travel reservation systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (especially spreadsheets).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically with itinerary processing or back-office operations.
  • Familiarity with global travel destinations and common travel logistics.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience with customer service in an online environment.
