Job Description

Join the UPS team as a Customer Support Representative specializing in 100% written correspondence. This fully remote position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with excellent written communication skills who are passionate about delivering top-tier customer service without the need for phone interactions. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through email, chat, and other digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
