Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced VIP Transport Specialist with a focus on luxury SUV operations to join our elite team in Land O’Lakes, FL. As a VIP Transport Specialist, you will be responsible for providing safe, punctual, and discreet transportation services to our distinguished clientele. This role requires exceptional driving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering world-class customer service in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport VIP clients to their destinations in luxury SUVs.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness of assigned luxury vehicles.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and client confidentiality policies.
- Provide discreet, professional, and courteous service to all passengers.
- Assist clients with luggage and personal belongings as needed.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, considering traffic patterns and client schedules.
- Maintain constant communication with dispatch and management regarding trip status.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and functionality.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record.
- Proven exceptional driving skills, especially with large luxury vehicles.
- Thorough knowledge of the Land O'Lakes and broader Tampa Bay area geography.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished demeanor.
- Demonstrated commitment to discretion and client confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving or chauffeur experience.
- Experience operating luxury SUVs (e.g., Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz GLS).
- Advanced defensive driving certification or equivalent training.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
