Job Description
Join Bank of America as a Virtual Bank Teller and deliver exceptional customer service from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a wide range of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments via secure virtual channels.

- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate Bank of America products and services, making referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Verify customer identities and adhere strictly to all security protocols, compliance regulations, and bank policies.

- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role (e.g., call center, retail, hospitality)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while adhering to strict schedules
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace free from distractions
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a virtual customer service role
- Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus
