Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the tax preparation process.
Required Skills
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort with various software applications and virtual communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French bilingualism is an asset for Quebec).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
