Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and staging of merchandise according to order specifications.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (after certification/training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic literacy and mathematical skills to read labels and count inventory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
- Commitment to safety guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a physical labor role (not necessarily warehouse).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (training provided if needed).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
