Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic WFH Clarity Coach with a strong focus on decision-making support to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position is crucial for empowering our employees to navigate complex challenges, overcome indecision, and make confident, well-informed choices that align with their personal and professional goals. As a Clarity Coach, you will provide one-on-one coaching, facilitate group workshops, and develop resources designed to enhance critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills across the organization. This role demands exceptional communication, active listening, and a proven ability to guide individuals through thoughtful self-discovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential, one-on-one coaching to employees, guiding them through personal and professional decision-making processes.
  • Develop and deliver engaging virtual workshops and training sessions on topics such as critical thinking, problem-solving frameworks, risk assessment, and values-based decision-making.
  • Create and curate resources (e.g., guides, templates, toolkits) to support employees in their decision-making journeys.
  • Actively listen and ask probing questions to help coachees identify their core values, priorities, and potential obstacles.
  • Facilitate constructive reflection and self-discovery, enabling individuals to clarify their options and potential outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to integrate clarity coaching into broader employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of coaching interactions and progress, ensuring privacy and ethical standards.
  • Stay current with best practices in coaching, psychology, and decision science to continuously enhance coaching effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of self-awareness, accountability, and proactive decision-making within the organization.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching, counseling, or a related field, with a focus on decision support.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various decision-making frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Exceptional active listening, empathetic communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
  • Proven track record of facilitating positive change and personal growth.
  • Excellent virtual facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification or equivalent professional coaching accreditation.
  • Experience working in a large corporate environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools for personality or decision-making styles.
  • Experience in developing and implementing employee development programs.
