Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic data quality checks and identify inconsistencies.
  • Generate routine reports and create simple dashboards under supervision.
  • Support the team in preparing data for presentations and reports.
  • Learn and apply fundamental statistical methods to analyze data trends.
  • Collaborate with team members on various data-driven projects.
  • Document data processes and methodologies as training progresses.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong aptitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with discipline and self-motivation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Basic understanding of database concepts or experience with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with any programming language (e.g., Python, R) or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus but not required.
