Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa and fitness facilities, including locker rooms, treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and gym floor.
- Stock and replenish towels, amenities, and supplies in all areas.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Monitor facility usage, ensuring guests adhere to health club and spa policies.
- Set up and break down relaxation areas, ensuring a tidy and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle laundry and ensure a constant supply of fresh linens.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns to management promptly.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the spa and health club.
Required Skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs), and bend for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role (any industry).
- Basic knowledge of spa or fitness operations.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
