Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented WFH Data Handler: Product Categorization – Retail to join our remote team. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of our extensive product catalog, directly impacting customer searchability and experience. As a Data Handler, you will be responsible for categorizing a wide range of retail products according to established guidelines, ensuring data integrity across various platforms. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a leading e-commerce company from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately categorize retail products into predefined taxonomies and hierarchies.
- Review product information, attributes, and descriptions to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors to maintain high data quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to product categorization guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify ambiguous cases and improve categorization processes.
