Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Logistics Aide to join our WFH Delivery Support team for the seasonal peak. This fully remote position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery network by providing essential administrative and logistical support from your home office. You will play a key role in problem-solving, data entry, and communication to keep deliveries on track and customer satisfaction high during our busiest periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor delivery routes and schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays or issues proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with delivery drivers, dispatchers, and customers to provide real-time support and updates.
  • Perform accurate data entry related to package tracking, delivery exceptions, and resolution notes.
  • Assist with troubleshooting delivery problems, including missing packages, incorrect addresses, or access issues.
  • Generate reports on delivery performance and operational metrics as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and privacy.

Required Skills
