Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Microsoft Concierge to join our VIP Customer Management team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued enterprise clients, providing proactive support, strategic guidance, and personalized solutions to ensure their success with Microsoft products and services. You will build strong relationships, anticipate client needs, and act as an internal advocate, orchestrating resources across various Microsoft teams to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP enterprise clients, serving as their primary Microsoft contact and trusted advisor.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, technical environments, and strategic goals.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, escalate critical matters, and drive timely resolution through collaboration with technical support, product teams, and account management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, product briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft's product roadmap, best practices, and new feature adoption.
  • Act as an internal advocate for VIP clients, ensuring their feedback and requirements are communicated to relevant internal teams.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and usage patterns, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization of Microsoft solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews to clients.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions within CRM systems.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in VIP customer service, account management, or technical support for enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft's ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or other enterprise technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or large enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles or other service management frameworks.
  • Experience in technical project management.
