Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented WFH Document Reviewer with a strong focus on legal and financial documents. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for carefully examining a wide range of documents to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and identify key information. This position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and an interest in the intersection of legal and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing legal and financial documents (e.g., contracts, reports, compliance filings, client agreements) for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specific guidelines.
  • Identifying and flagging discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Categorizing and indexing documents based on predefined criteria.
  • Ensuring all document reviews are completed within established timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to clarify document requirements and findings.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and data security protocols for all sensitive information.
  • Participating in ongoing training and calibration sessions to ensure consistent review standards.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal support experience.
  • Previous experience in document review, data entry, compliance, or administrative roles within legal or financial services.
  • Familiarity with specific financial regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC) or legal documentation processes.
  • Experience with e-discovery platforms or content management systems.
