Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated WFH Shopify Clerk to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This fully remote position is perfect for an individual who is comfortable working independently and efficiently from home. You will be responsible for handling a variety of simple tasks related to our Shopify store, primarily focusing on email correspondence and chat support to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in e-commerce and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat, addressing questions about orders, products, shipping, and returns.
  • Perform basic order management tasks within Shopify, including order status updates, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Monitor and escalate complex customer service issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with content updates and product listing adjustments on the Shopify platform as directed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and best practices for customer communication and data handling.
