Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Janitorial Staff to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our large-scale fulfillment center in Corby. This role is essential for creating a safe and pleasant environment for all employees and visitors. You will be responsible for independently performing a variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas meet our high standards. This is a crucial role that supports the overall efficiency and well-being of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of office spaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and warehouse floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly, ensuring they are stocked with supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of cafeteria and breakroom areas, including wiping down surfaces and cleaning sinks.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffer machines.
- Monitor and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures established by the company.
- Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks, including lifting and carrying supplies.
