Job Description

Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Member Service Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to build a career, as we offer comprehensive paid training and certifications to ensure your success. No prior experience in banking is required – we’ll equip you with all the knowledge and skills you need to excel. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, assisting them with a wide range of financial needs and providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to members by assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Educate members on credit union products and services, identifying opportunities to meet their financial goals.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Open new accounts and assist members with loan applications.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.
- Participate actively in all paid training programs to achieve required certifications and enhance professional development.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive member experience.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A genuine desire to help others and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (any industry).
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
- Familiarity with financial software or CRM systems.
