Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Lead Chauffeur to join our Executive Transportation team. This pivotal role involves providing exceptional chauffeuring services while also taking on significant team management responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a skilled driver with a strong commitment to safety, discretion, and customer satisfaction, as well as proven leadership abilities to guide and develop a team of chauffeurs. You will ensure the smooth operation of all executive transport activities, maintain the fleet to the highest standards, and uphold P&G’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and discreet transportation for executives, clients, and VIPs.
- Manage and supervise a team of professional chauffeurs, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
- Oversee the daily operations of the executive fleet, ensuring vehicles are immaculately presented, meticulously maintained, and fully compliant with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement efficient routing and scheduling strategies to optimize service delivery.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance and cleaning services.
- Ensure all chauffeurs adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and professional conduct standards.
- Handle and resolve any operational issues or customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, service logs, and team activities.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to the chauffeur team.
- Represent P&G with the highest level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of professional chauffeuring experience, preferably in a corporate or luxury setting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of Cincinnati and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with navigation systems and mobile applications.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic laws.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced defensive driving certification.
- Experience with luxury vehicle maintenance and care.
- Previous experience as a lead or supervisory chauffeur.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of local traffic patterns and alternative routes.
