Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic talent acquisition team, specifically supporting Google’s diverse teams. This is a fully remote, home-based position where you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent for various technical and non-technical roles across Google. You will be instrumental in building robust talent pipelines, conducting initial candidate outreach, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from the very first interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, internal databases, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles within Google.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and strategic hiring priorities.
  • Manage and track candidate data and progress within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with meticulous accuracy.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, professional engagement, and clear expectation setting.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor talent landscapes, and best practices in sourcing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition team, sharing insights and suggesting enhancements to processes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment resourcer or sourcing role, preferably within a fast-paced technology or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, X-ray search).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists) or niche non-technical roles within the tech industry.
  • Familiarity with Google's products, services, and corporate culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with global or geographically dispersed teams.
