Job Description
Join our innovative team at Capgemini as a Remote UX/UI Tester. This role is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for user experience. Your primary responsibility will involve recording your screen while interacting with applications and websites, providing candid and constructive feedback on user interfaces, navigation, accessibility, and the overall user journey. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough UX/UI testing sessions on web and mobile applications.
- Record screen and audio feedback while navigating through digital products, articulating observations and user pain points.
- Identify and document bugs, usability issues, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in a clear and concise manner.
- Evaluate user interfaces for intuitiveness, ease of use, and adherence to design guidelines.
- Assess accessibility features to ensure products are usable by individuals with diverse needs.
- Provide actionable recommendations to design and development teams for enhancing the user experience.
- Collaborate asynchronously with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure feedback is understood and implemented.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to articulate complex feedback clearly and constructively.
- Familiarity with common digital products, websites, and mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
- Proficiency in using screen recording software or a willingness to quickly learn new tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
